Description

Hot & spicy vadas for rainy season

Boil the bananas and peel off the skin. Dry them with a paper towel and crate them. Powder the roasted groundnut coarsely in a blender. Mix all the ingredients. Do not add any water since the boiled bananas have some moisture already. Make into shape of vadas and fry them till they get golden brown. Do not add any onions or garlic to this since it will spoil the original taste of bananas. (But I think Sanjay loves Garlic!)
