Description

Its one of very delicious chinese chicken curry.You can eat it without rice also.but for best taste u eat this dish with fried rice.Method: 1.Make all chicken pieces small in size. 2.Take one plate and add in it all chicken pieces,salt,tasting salt, cron flour,suger,flour,half egg.Mix all items good ways and keep it some place for 15 min for marinating. 3.Cut all onion cube in size and fry it untill it become brown colour. 4.Now take another pan and put in it oil and when oil become warm at that time add i all marinating chicken.Deep fry it.After fry keep it on some plate. 5.Now,take another pan and put on it 2 table spoon oil and wait untill it become warm.After it put in it red chili pieces,gralic pieces, ginzer pieces and fry it in medium heat. 6.2 or 3 min...later put in it those chicken which u fry at the beginning and same time move your spoon in it. 7.After it add some Capsicum(red,green and yellow) in it. 7.After it add those cube brown onion in it which u fry at the first.Add 1/2 cup of water in it. 8.Now add in it sweet sauce,soya sauce,tasting salt,salt in it. 9.Cook it. 10.When you will see that the gravy become a little thick at that time add in it some cron flour with water and add in the curry. 11.3 min...later your curry is ready for eating. ****************************** Sweet Sauce: Total Time:10 min... Ingredients: *Brown Suger - 250gm *Soya Sauce - 150gm *Onion Juice - 50gm *Gralic Juice - 50gm *Water - 1/2 cup Method: 1.Take pan and put in it gralic juice and onion juice and mixed good ways each others and make it warm(for 1 min...) 2.Take another pan and put in it suger and water. mix it good ways and make it warm and do it untill it become thick. 3.Whenever it become thick at that time add in it soya sauce. 4.After it add in this mixer that gralic and onion Juice mixer. 5.Now your sweet sauce is ready. **You can keep this sauce in your refrigerator 1 month** ~Recipe by Ummah Mostofa~
