The best chocolate chip cookies ever !! they are big, fat and chewy and would make a great combination with warm milk in this cold weather. They are so tasty you cant keep your hands off themMix and sift the flour, baking soda and salt and keep aside Melt the butter and cream it with brown sugar , sugar until well blended and light in colour Add egg, egg yolk and vanila to the butter and sugar Slowly mix the flour until well blended. The mixture would become soft dough like in the end Mix the chocolate chips with a wooden spoon. Refrigerate the dough for 30 mins Take a cookie sheet line with parchment paper, drop 1/4 cup of dough on the sheet, the dough balls should be 3 inches apart. The sign of a good dough is that you can shape the balls with your hands and it would not stick to your hands. Preheat oven at 375 F and bake the cookies for 12-13 mins. TIPS : Timing is very important. Take the cookies out of oven at 13 mins even if they look uncooked.
