- Soak tamarind in water 15minutes and make watery. or else keep it in microwave for 2 minutes and squeeze it to make watery.
- Cut the bittergourd ,onion,green chilli,garlic in to small pieces .
- Take a pressure cooker and add onion,grren chilli,garlic,bittergourd,tamarind juice which we squeezed,tumeric powder,chilli powder,jaggery ,salt,and add water and cook it.
- Leave it for two or three whistles. open it and serve it hot with white rice or curd rice.
