Description

Well i dont know weather this is new recipe or old one but fr me it was like innovation as i was trying to make something with left over sides of bread and i did not wanted to make cutlets or something :)Take a non stick pan and put some ghee in it, cut the bread slices into pieces and fry until they become bit crunchy then add bread crumbs(Sides of Bread), in the same pan and fry for some time. Grind it into a coarsely. Then in the same pan add one spoon of ghee and put this grounded mixture, fry for some time. Add one cup sugar ( sugar should be same quantity as bread Mixture/Powder) fry it for some time. Then add half cup milk and half cup condensed milk and mix it until milk is mixed properly and bread absorbs the milk completely add cardamom powder in it and little more ghee, mix it for some more time finally take little ghee and roast cashew almonds and kishmis in it and add it to halwa along with ghee. Keep mixing until halwa leaves the sides of pan.
