Description

Cauliflower covered in flour batter n fried1. Wash and cut the caulifower into small florets. 2. Make batter with flour, water and soda. Chk the consistency, it should be thick enough to lightly coat the cauliflower. Something like consistency of honey. you may adjust the consistency by adding more flour or water. 3. Add seasoning to the batter (salt + pepper+chinese salt) 4. Take oil in a wok for deep frying. 5. Cover the cauliflower pieces in batter and deep fry at a medium flame. Its outside is done brown very qucikly so keep an eye on the flame and adjust accordingly. 6. The cauliflets should be slightly crunchy to eat.
