1) Pressure cook the cauliflower florets, potato and carrots, peas(u can add any veggie of your choice). Squeeze excess water using muslin cloth else the mixture will not be stiff. MAsh them well 2) Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala, jeera powder and aamchur powder. Mix well. 3) heat oil in a pan, add jeera and saunf. When they splutter add the chopped onions and fry little. Now add the ginger garlic paste, g.chillies and fry they blend well and cooked. 4) Add the mashed veggies and mix thoroughly. Turn off heat and remove. 5) Make big orange sized balls out of the mixture and roll them out like sausages or thick fingers. 6) roll them over breadcrumbs and make sure they are coated well 7) Repeat the process for the whole mixture. Arrange them on baking tray and drizzle little oil over them. 8) Bake them in a pre heated oven at 250 Celsius for 25 minutes turning once in between. Otherwise you can toast them a pan in medium heat until little crisp. 9) Lay the chapathis over a flat surface and spread mint chutney on them. Keep the baked roll in the centre and roll them tucking on end inside so that they are sealed. Cover the sealed end with foil and serve immediately with any ketchup
