This is most famous rice eaten all over middle east

Arabian Majboos preparation 1.Wash the chicken pieces and the rice thoroughly. 2.Mix the ground spices garlic, ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, lemon juice, salt and 2 tablespoon oil in a bowl. 3.Apply 1/2 of this mix thoroughly over the chicken inside out and marinate it for one hour. 4.Heat water in a vessel and when the water starts to boil, add the chicken pieces. 5.When the pieces gets half cooked, take out the chicken pieces and keep it aside. Do not drain away the remaining water (Chicken broth). 6.In a pan heat 1/2 cup of oil over medium flame and add the onions and tomatoes. Saute it till onions becomes brown. 7.Add the other half of the ground mix to the pan and mix well. 8.Add the cooked half chickens to the pan and stir over medium heat, until they become golden brown. 9.Filter the chicken broth and measure it. For 1 Cup of rice you need 1 1/2 cup of broth. You can add more water if needed. 10.Boil the chicken broth solution. Add the washed rice and dried lemon when it starts boiling. 11.Reduce the heat, cover the broth and cook it for about 25 ndash; 30 minutes. Need not stir in between. 12.When the cooking is over, uncover the dish and evenly stir it to let the cooked ingredients mix well. 13.To serve, spread a rice layer and put chicken on top. Cover with the rest of the rice. 14.Garnish it with saute onion and coriander leaves.
