Christmas Special Strawberry Pancake

These festive pancake rings! Makes pancakes on Christmas morning extra special !!! .... take less than 30 minutes! We loved this chilled Christmas Special Strawberry Pancake recipe.

1. In a bowl beat egg white until nice speaks are formed.
2. Heat butter in a pan, add chopped strawberries, caster sugar and cook it.
3. Take a bowl, add egg yolks whisk it by add vanilla essence.
4. Add milk and whisk it again, add butter and whisk again.
5. To add all purpose flour and mix it, later add egg mixture and mix slightly.
6. Spread some butter in a pan, and spread batter like a small pancake and cook it on both sides, keep aside.
7. Take a serving plate and spread the whipping cream, arrange pan cake.
8. On it top spread the whipping cream, strawberry mixture and arrange another pancake and slightly press it.
9. For another layer on it top spread the whipping cream, strawberry mixture and arrange another pancake and slightly press it.
10. Apply whipping cream on its sides and top and garnish with strawberry.
11. Keep in refrigerator until it is chilled.
