Description

this is a type of burfi which can be served in between guests or shadis.this is a really easiest way to make a coconut burfi.for this u need to hav a 5 coconut chopped.3 cups of sugar.5 tabke teaspoon o f ghee, deep fried badam and kaju.u need to keep a vessel in ur stove head it add chopped coconut and sugar and mix it. do not leave and go the stove until u cook.the coconut should not stick with the vessel cook for 15 to 20 minutes then add a ghee and a little colour mix with milk and add 500 gms of milk in it. cook for a while.then in a steel tray spead ghee pour some of thge fried badam and kaju then add the mixture which u cooked. wait for a while till it get harden. but before it harden please make a sizes or shape to the tray so that u can take by pieces after it get harden. on the top of the sweet spread more kashewnut and badam.after a hour serve it.
