Description

Corn and vegetable Panki, the traditional panki made using corn, is a novel snack with the aroma of fresh leaves.Small corn pancakes are steamed in-between banana leaves.

1. Take a bowl and add french beans, carrot, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger, coriander, sweet corn, semolina, rice flour, ghee, cooking soda, salt and mix thoroughly. 2. Add yogurt and mix again. 3. Pour 2 tbs of mixture in the corn leaves or banana leaves and fold it and steam it for 10 mins and rest it for some time and serve it with any chutney.
