Description

This is a simple south indian fry which goes well with tomato rasam and rice.1. Slit dondakaya/tindora into vertical pieces. 2. heat oil in a pan 3.add tadka (mustard seeds , cumin seeds, {a few vertically slit green chillies if you like } (optional) 4. once the tadka is ready add the tindora pieces 5. let it fry for 2 minutes without the lid. 6. Cover it with lid and cook/fry for another 3-4 minutes in medium flame 7. once the tindora pieces appear shiny and soft, add haldi, mirchi powder, a pinch of coriander powder and salt to this preparation 8. let the spices mix with all the tindora pieces 9. Now add dry grated coconut. 10. let it Fry for a minute without lid . mix the grated coconut with all the tindora and spices 11. turn off the gas 12. Leave the preparation in kadai for sometime and then add lemon juice to it 13. Serve the dish with hot rice , ghee and tomato rasam.How to make the tasty recipe procedure as follows: 1.
