Description

This is a two vegetables mixed curry and both vegetables are good for health. Drumstick helps in strengthening the bones. Dosakaya keeps you hydrated and fights heat inside the body.

1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, finely chopped onion, salt, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, drumsticks, red chilly powder, coriander powder and mix thoroughly and place the lid on it and cook it for 3 mins. 2. Add some water and cook it on slow flame by placing the lid on it until the vegetables are soft. 3. Check for seasoning, if required add salt. 4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
