This is non-vegetarian recipe prepared with chicken, dark spices. Served as snack or with rice.
- Marinate chicken with little salt and black pepper. Keep it for minimum 2-3 hrs.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chicken, cook it for 5 minutes on high flame with lid on it.
- In between flip the chicken to cook evenly from all the sides
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala, cinnamon powder, salt and mix it.
- Now cook it on low flame for another 5 mins with lid on it.
- Add a little water and cook it until chicken is soft.
- Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
