Description

Melting smooth chocolate cake, easy and delicious French cake that all the French moms make and that all kids love!Soften 150 g. of butter (leave it out until it is soft). You can put it in the microwave for a short time but don#39;t melt it completely. Once the butter is soft, mix it with 150 g. of sugar and 1 pinch of salt in a bowl. Next, melt 200 g of chocolate in the microwave. Once melted, add 4 egg yolks mixing them in one at a time. Gather egg whites in a seperate bowl. Whiten egg whites with a mixer until fluffy then add a pinch of salt. Mix fluffed egg whites in 3 batches into the other bowl. Pour batter into a 10 inch diameter pan. Heat oven to 300 deg F (150 C) and place pan in oven for 30 to 40 minutes. To check when it is done, stab cake with a knife.
