A crispy gobi manchurian snack to serve as a delicious treat with the fresh vegetable of cauliflower perfectly blended with spices and deep fried batter coated simple dish.
- Take a bowl and add 2 : 1 : 3/4 ratios of all purpose flour, rice flour, and corn flour respectively.
- Add little salt and water slowly and mix it into a moderately thin batter.
- Cut the cauliflower into required size florets.
- Take a kadai or pan and add oil to deep fry the cauliflower.
- Take these florets and dip them into the batter and deep fry them until they are crispy or until they are done and keep them aside.
- Now take another pan and put very little oil like 1 tablespoon then add finely chopped ginger and garlic pieces, saute them for a while.
- Then add finely chopped green chilies and saute it forabout half a minute.
- To it, even add finely chopped onions, saute them until the onions are slightly brown.
- Then add 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup and 1 tablespoons of soya sauce and mix.
- Now add the fried cauliflower florets and mix good and keep it on the stove for 1 more minute on low flame and turn off the stove.
- Finally, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top and serve it hot.
