This a Green Chili Chutney that is really hot!!! and delicious for all those spicy and hot lovers.

First gather all ingredients. Take two pans. For the first pan put a little bit of vegetable oil. Then season the fish with salt. Next put the fish in the pan and drizzle some lemon juice and fry it until cooked. After it is cooked you must break it up with a spoon. Then get it to a chunky consistency and put it aside to cool down. Second Pan In this pan it is best to use a non stick pan. First get it screaming hot and then lower the flame. Then put the green chilies, whole garlic and half an onion in to the pan. Wait till ingredients get soft and smoky then turn it off. (Note: do not add oil) Then cool down all the ingredients about five minutes. Then get a blender and bend everything and add cilantro. You want to get the chutney to a paste consistency but not a watery! Then serve to with rice and enjoy!
