JOWAR ATTA CHAKLI- JONNA PINDI MURUKKU

Jowar grains is mainly used as human food either in the form of roti, bhakri, chakli. Chakli is one of the most popular diwali snack and widely made and consumed snack all across India.

• Take a bowl and add jowar atta, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, sesame seeds, ginger garlic paste, hot oil, little water and mix nicely to make hard dough.
• Divide dough and place in sev machine and press chakli in hot oil and deep fry them.
• Transfer into paper towel and allow it to rest.
