- Heat pan and dry roast fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds and crush it with a pestle.
- In a same pan Heat oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, dry red chilies, green chilies, onions, salt and saute it.
- Add crushed coriander and fenugreek powder, turmeric powder and saute it.
- Add tamarind juice and boil it on high flame.
