It is dish which is very famous in andhra....it is spicy dish.mainly used ingredient is chicken..it is dry item..it can be served with roti.....roti is good combination.Heat the vessel add 10sp oil...add chopped onions,half cut green chillies..stir it upto onions become into golden colour after that add ginger garlic paste,curry leaves,salt to taste,turmeric powder,chicken pieces(boneless)fry it 1 min..and add water to boil the chicken pieces..cover the vessel for 5 min ..when the chicken pieces absorbs the water totally or become dry , add coriander powder,red chilliy powder, garam masala powder,stir it for 1 min and last sprinkle the coriander leaves..garnish with fried cashew nuts. so kodi iguru is ready..serve it hot........
