Description

This is a typical coimbatore chettiar chettinad style chicken pulusu very delicious and easy to make...Take some oil in a pan, add some cumin seeds, add onions and fry till golden brown, add tomatoes ,turmeric powder,chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and cook till tomatoes are soft and cooked..now grind the whole garam masala and add it to the mixture. Add chicken and fry it in the mixture for 5 minutes, add enough water for the gravy to have a curry consistency and close it with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes...check if chicken is cooked and soft to melt in your mouth.
