yummy and spicy lamb biryani in slow rice cooker.1) mix first 8 ingredients. Add ingredient 9 and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Allow it to cool down and take out all the oil that the mixture oozes out. 2) take a big non-stick frying pan and heat oil and ghee, follow it up by adding all of the whole spices. after the spices are ready, add onion paste and allow this paste to turn golden brown. By side soak the basmati rice in water. In another bowl bring 7 cups of water 3) Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry the mixture. 4) Then add the pressure cooked mixture and bring it to boil. 5) Now add the tomatoes paste and allow it to cook for 5 minutes. now the curry is suppose to be left with 5 cups equivalent water. 6) Take a rice cooker vessel and add the soaked rice, lamb curry mixture and boiling water.
