Description

Great flavored rice with lots of aroma of methi along with light garam masala taste.Clean and wash methi leaves from bunch and cut coarsely.If using frozen thaw for sometime.Soak rice in water for 15 mins. Grind to paste onion,chillies ,ginger and garlic.(add water if needed).In a pan take 2 tps oil and saute whole garam masala. Add the paster to it and fry on medium heat.Keep stirring to avoid burning. After the raw flavor has gone add the washed methi leaves (raw) .Now again keep stirring for a while say 5 mins. The methi kind of gets cooked.Add turmeric to this mixture now.Drain water from rice and fry it with the mixture for sometime.
