I learnt this recipe from my mom-in-law and trust me it is awesome. Methi is rich in Iron and Calcium. Its good for diabetic patients and pregnant women. Hope you will like it.. Clean methi leaves. Add oil to a pressure cooker. Add whole garam masala, ground nuts, cashew nuts, green chilles, onions and ginger garlic paste. Fry well. Add garam masala and grated coconut. Add some salt. Fry again. Now add methi leaves and fry well else the rice will taste bitter. Now add rice and fry for 2 mins. Add water and salt to taste. Give 3 whistles.
