Description

Spicy Kozhambu to be mixed with rice & taken for lunch1. Soak tamarind in warm water for 10 minsand take out tamarind water 2. In a tava, add 1tbsp of gingely oil and fry garlic nicely 3. Add tamarind water, salt, hinge powder and let it boit for 10 - 15 mins until raw flavor of tamarind goed 4. Fry red chillies, urad dal, curry leaves and pepper in another tava, make it as a fine paste in mixie 5. Add the paste to boiling tamarind mix and let it boil for 2 minsand switch off the flame 5.
