This is a unique Polish and Slavic secret to our very unique tasty and native starter.Pill and slice fresh cucumbers along. Put sliced pieces in a medium bowl. In a separate small bowl put plain yogurt, than add to it sliced fresh dill ( spring dill), mayonnaise, sal and pepper, and mix all together. After well mixed add dry majoran spice. Mix well again. After that, add your yogurt mixture to previously sliced cucumbers and mix all well again. Serve as a cold starter or side dish. Additionally you can add on top of this fresh dill again without mixing. Simple and taste great with all kind of meet, fish, rice or potato. Very common side dish in Slavic cuisine.
