- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and add onions, mushrooms, salt, cooked and mashed chick pea, garam masala, red chili powder, carrots and saute it.
- Transfer into a bowl and add mashed potato and mix it.
- Take small dumpling and make round and flat patties.
- Heat little 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and place the patties and shallow fry it on both sides, later transfer into a plate.
