Description

Soya keema rolls is easy to make and very nutritious. It is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It can also be packed for office, school as a lunchbox.

  1. Soak the soya in hot water and squeeze water, later cut into half and keep aside.
  2. Chop the mushroom and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, mushroom, soya and saute it then season with coriander powder, chilli powder, saute it and reduce the flame.
  4. Add salt, tomato ketchup, mix it and switch off the flame.
  5. Dust some flour on table top and roll the pizza dough.
  6. Arrange the mushroom mixture, green bell pepper, onions and tomato like as shown in video.
  7. On its top arrange the cheese slices and grated mozzarella cheese.
  8. Fold it like as shown in video and dust some flour and arrange it on a baking tray.
  9. To the arranged roll give a slight cut and egg wash and bake in oven for 180-200 degree for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and cut into pieces.

Now mushroom soya kheema is ready to serve.
