Green Masala is a popular Parsi dish from the western part of India. All the fresh greens in it give it a lovely fresh flavour. Serve it
- Wash and cut the mutton into big pieces.
- Grind the green chillies, coriander leaves, coconut, cinnamon, cloves, saunf and ginger- garlic paste andgrind it smoothly. Keep aside.
- Heat ghee/oil in a vessel and fry the onions till golden brown. Add the ground paste and fry well.
- Add the mutton and mix well.
- Add the salt and turmeric powder. Cook till done.
- The mutton should be dry with enough thick gravy.
