The sweet that originated in the royal kitchen of Mysore Palace,Mysore Pak is a sweet dish from the South Indian cuisine, usually served as dessert.First fry flour without oil in medium heat. Seprate vessel add sugar and water bring in to the boil and sugar dissolved put one cup hot ghee after 3 minutes add flour stir it and add another cup of ghee ,curd. Medium heat stir it slowely the ghee come out separate.Take one big plate put some ghee and spread the mysore pak slice small pieces.
