Description

soft n crunchy koftas served with date-tamarind chutneySqueze out all the water from grated beet root. amp; ginger. Now mix beet root ,sweet potato,green chillis, ginger amp; all spices. Make balls from the mixture. Roll it into the Nilgiri Flour or Bread Crumbs well. Deep fry these balls in hot oil. Take them out on paper towel or tissue so that all excess oil should be absorbed. Now press these balls a bit with the help of palm amp; fry again.
