1.Take a deep kadai or pressure cooker and put oil and heat it. 2.Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them to splutter, then add urad dal, chana dal and curry leaves and fry a little.3.Now add green chillies,red chillies ,ginger,garlic and asofetedia and fry for them a little.4.Put Onions and fry till they turn little brown. 5.Now add all the vegetables and fry them until they are half cooked.6.Add little turmeric.Now add Oats and fry them for 1-2 mins. 7.Add moong dal soaked for 30 mins.along with the water.8.Now add 7-8 cups of water and some salt and stir for a while.9.Add spinach at this point of time.Now Close the lid and let it cook until done or pressure cook for 3-4 whistles 11.Garnish with coriander and lemon juice and serve hot.
