Description

If you are going to taste this Healthy Horlicks Oats Rava Dosa for the first time ,trust me you will not believe yourself that this dosa has really any oats in it. These Dosas are so good, crisp, lacy and healthy too. They can be prepared in no time as fermentation process is not required.

  1. Dry roast Horlicks oats till they turn slight brown in color and grind to a fine powder.
  2. Crush peppercorns in a pestle mortar and keep aside.
  3. Transfer the prepared Horlicks oats powder to a bowl, add rice flour, corn rava, hing, cumin seeds, crushed pepper, salt (to taste) along with water and whisk to make a thin batter.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, green chilies and sauté it.
  5. Now, pour one ladleful of oats batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Then roast it on both sides by sprinkling oil on top.

Serve Horlicks Oats Rava Dosa hot with chutney of your choice.
