I learnt it from my German Friend. sounds crazy :)...1. add 15ml of oil. 2. add the onions in hot oil. 3.add salt as per taste immediately and allow the onions to cook. 4.once the onions changes its color to golden brown, add 2 table spoons of ginger and garlic paste each. 5.once the raw smell of the paste vanishes, add finely chopped red chills. 6.add a pinch of turmeric powder, 2 table spoon of garam masala, 1 table spoon of coriander powder, chilli powder as per your taste. 7. once the masalas stick to the surface of your chicken, add the two crushed tomato. 8.crush the whole coriander seeds and add it.. it gives nice flavour to your chicken. 9. add the marinated chicken to the paste made. 10. keep stirring once in 5 minutes for around 25 to 30 min.
