Sweet tender orange muffins with tiny bits of chocolate throughout are perfect for a brunch. These muffins are a staple in my house, they are amazingly fluffy and almost cake like but light and so delicious.
- Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, choco chips and mix it.
- Take a bowl and add butter, powder sugar mix nicely, later add egg mix again.
- To it by mixing continuously add little by little orange juice, vanilla essence, orange zest and mix nicely.
- Add all purpose flour mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Pre heat oven at 180 degree.
- Pour mixture in silicon cup cake mould and bake it at 180 degree for 15- 20 minutes.
- Heat pan and add orange juice with orange colour, powdered icing sugar and boil it to one string consistency.
- Using spoon pour orange juice mixture like as shown in video.
Now orange choco chips muffins are ready to serve.
