Description

Palak Chicken is a dish with lot of flavouring ingredients it contains and very tasty to serve with hot rice or with naan

Firstly you have to boil palak in hot water until it is nicely cooked and then you have to simmer all the water take the cooked palak in mixer add corriender leaves add green chilies add yoghurt add black pepper powder add turmeric powder add ginger paste add garlic paste add some water and grind it to fine paste then you take the pan heat it with oil add two cloves stick and stir it for one minute add ginger chopped stir fry for 10 seconds add garlic chopped stir fry for 10 sec add onion chopped stir fry till it slightly changes the colour add chopped tomatoes and let them cook until they try to loose water and then add kashmiri red chili powder add chicken powder add corriender powder add cumin powder then mix it well for two minutes then add the grinder paste to it and mix it well add small breast pieces of chicken to it cover the lead and cook it over a low flame for upto 20 minutes then add garam masala powder to it and let it get cooked for other 3 minutes and then serve the dish.
