In a pressure cooker pan, add about 5 spoons of ghee and oil each(increase the amount if wanted). Add Jeera, white sesame seeds, once the seeds are golden coloured add the spinach puree. Fry it till the oil seperates out of till that stage(roughly about 10 minutes). Now add 1 sp of dhania-jeera powder, 1/4 sp of garam masala, little jaggery(or 1/2 tspn sugar), 2 tspn lemon juice and salt to taste. Finally add rice and 3 1/2 cups of water.
