Cook 1 cup of basmati rice and keep aside. 2. Mix kesar and kesar color into 1 tbsp of milk and keep aside. 3. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan and fry cashew till golden brown. Take cashew out of oil and keep aside. 4. Beat 2 eggs into the ghee (in the same pan used for frying cashew. Add more ghee if required) and keep stirring till the egg is cooked. 5. Heat ghee in a pan and add cloves, cinnamon, shajeera, chopped mint leaves, crushed red peppers. Fry for 2 minutes and add fried onions, garlic paste, grated paneer and peas and fry on low flame. 6. Add egg, and cashew to the paneer mixture and keep frying. 7. Add salt, garam masala. 8. Add cooked basmati rice to this mixture and mix thoroughly. 9. Add lime juice and chopped cilantro and mix again. 10. Pour milk and kesar mix over the rice and keep on low flame. Donot stir immediately. 11. Pour 1 tsp of ghee on top of rice and close with lid. Leave for 3 minutes. 12. Finally mix the rice and serve.

- → Garlic paste 1/2 Teaspoons.
- → Crushed red peppers 1/2 Teaspoons.
- → Shahjeera 1/4 Teaspoons.
- → Chopped Mint Leaves 1 Teaspoons.
- → Cinnamon 2 med sticks .
- → Cloves 4 Numbers.
- → Eggs 2 Numbers.
- → Grated Paneer 150 Grams.
- → Fried Onions 2 Tablespoons.
- → Peas 1/2 Cup.
- → Basmati Rice 1 Cup.
- → Ghee .
- → Chopped Cilantro 1 Tablespoons.
- → Lime juice 1 Tablespoons.
- → Kesar 10 strands .
- → Milk 1 Tablespoons.
- → Yellow Food Color .
- → Salt .
