you can follow the same method even to prepare the mutton cola curry.1)soak the channa and toor dal for 1 hr 2)grain them coarsly with cinnomon,sombu,red chillies 3) in a bowl add the thick mixer with chopped onions,shreaded coconut,curry leaves corriander leaves,make it into balls 4)in a thick pan pour oil put the mustard seeds,urad dal ,cumin seeds,fenugreek sedds,curry leaves,cloves and half the chopped onions. 5)pour the turmarind souce,put the powders add water. 6)bring it in to boil when it boil well add the balls one by one 7)make sure the mixer well boiled otherwise the balls may break down. 8)keep the flame in medium low. 9)cook it and serve with rice.
