This is a very nice kid friendly recipe. Kids like pasta and love meat balls. The meat can also be substituted by beef or lamb balls.1. Make Balls ---- Mix the cheese, egg, semolina oregano and garlic into the meat mince and mix well. Make small balls and set aside in the fridge, 2. Make Sauce --- Heat Oil and butter, pour the Onion, garlic and chopped oregano. Add Salt. Add tomato paste, puree and juice. Cook for 5 mins, Add sugar - cook for 10 mins. Bring to sauce consistency. Should not be too thick or too thin. cause the balls with absorb some of the juice. Add milk - simmer for 5 mins. Add balls into sauce, do not stir, cover partially and let simmer on low until the balls are cooked about 7 to 10 mins. 3.
