Description

This is a puffed lotus seeds snack with highly nutrients. 1. Take a bowl add all ingredients-yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, whole garam masala and turmeric powder except oil and phool makhani. 2. Then make a mixture by adding water with corn flour. 3. Then take another bowl, fill half of it with water and boil phool makhani in them for 2-3 minutes. 4. Then drain the water and add phool makhani in corn flour mixture. 5. Then deep fry them in hot oil and cook it, till it appears red colour. 6. Now enjoy phool makhani 65.
