A potato tortino (tortino mean “little cake” in Italian) is a layered casserole made with thinly-sliced pre-cooked waxy potatoes.
- Pressure cook, peel, mash potatoes and keep aside.
 
- Add 3 tablespoons of cheese, salt, pepper, butter, nutmeg powder.
