Take a pressure cooker Add oil... zeera.... onions .... salt to taste...... Thn allow the onions to turn golden brown Then add all the vegetables ..... Thn add red chilli powder ... turmeric powder.... coriander powder.... garam masala powder... Thn add cashew nuts paste Add 1/2 cup of water and close the pressure cooker All the vegetables will be done after 2 whistels Thn remove the flame keep it aside for 5 mins open the lid add 1 cup of curd in it thn switch on the flame boil it till the gravy thickens... at the end add coriander leaves and serve hot with chappatis/naan/zeera rice
