RAW MANGO AND BOTTLE GOURD PEEL CHUTNEY

This is a very simple chutney made with raw mango, bottle gourd peel. It is prepared in summer where we get plenty of mangoes. An another variation to prepare quick chutney in summer.

• Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, cumin seeds, bottle gourd peel, green chillies and cook it.
• Take a mixie jar, add raw mango, cooked bottle gourd mixture, salt, and blend into coarse paste.

Now raw mango bottle gourd peel chutney is ready to serve.
