Description

This is a very simple sweet especially for NRIs where khoya is not available easilyHeat ghee in a pan, Crush the ricotta cheese and add to the pan once ghee is hot. Keep frying the cheese till all the water is is gone and cheese starts leaving oil. fry further till it becomes light brown and starts leaving nice aroma. Remove from the pan , add sugar and cocoa powder. mix well.
