Description

Chutney made up of the skin of the ridge gourd.Add little oil in a pan. When oil gets heated, add green chillies. Fry for a minute and remove the green chillies. Now in the same pan add the peeled skin of ridge gourd and fry for 4-5 minutes till it becomes soft. Add the fried skin of ridge gourd, green chillies and little water(if necessasary) to a blender and make a fine paste. To this make a tadka of mustard seeds,cumin seeds and urad dal, and mix all to gether.
