Description

Tomatoes and Spring Onions curry is a very simple and fast to cook dish. The dish is spicy and tastes great with roti, chapati or rice.

1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, white part of spring onion, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and saute it. 2. Add tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder and place the lid and cook it for 2 mins on slow flame. 3. Then add green part of spring onion and cook it for 2 mins. 4. Add garam masala and saute it. 5. Now the dish is ready to serve with roti or pulka.
