hi * Now to start let us keep potato for steaming in a pressure cooker, steam well so that it will be easy for us to smash well. ( 3 to 4 whistles) * In parallel boil 2 eggs in water, keep the remaining two eggs for the further processing. * In the time let us cook the stuff. chopp onion, tomato and green chill in finite small pieces, heat the tawa , pour two spoons of vegetable oil, allow it to be heated then add chopped chilli, onion and tomato, add salt to taste, stir it until the contents mess together without any water. allow even the water in onion and tomato to be evaporated thru stirring once you feel the contents are ready to taste put off the stove and come back to egg and potatoes * take the potatoes from the cooker peal it and the smash it well with salt and chilli powder ( add this as how spicy u need) , now your sealer is ready to wrap the egg and stuffs. * take off the outer layer of egg and slice the egg in two piece vertically. take off the cooked egg yolk and mix it with the onion tomato stuff we have cooked already. * Now break the remaining two eggs in a bowl and put bread crumps in a bowl * Now everything is ready for us to deep fry the stuffed egg. * Now take one of the Egg cut piece and then in the yolk area stuff the onion tomato stuff we made, the cover the whole piece with the potato smash , cover it with out any breaks. roll in ur hands so that top layer will be smooth, now dip this in raw egg and the in bread crums , do this twice so that entire stuff will be dipped wel in egg and bread crums, now heat the oil and deep fry the content. * once if it is turned to golden brown take that out from the pan and put in a paper towel so that the excess oil is removed. * do the same with the other three pieces of egg now serve hot with tomato ketch up, can have using a spoon as it will be easy to cut like a cake. changes in the stuff can be made of ur choice thank u
