Coconut Milk Greens/Thenga Paal Keerai is the simplest ever,yet utterly delicious,healthy side dish for rice.Ideal for people of all ages especially those allergic to gastric food items like dal.

1)Heat oil in pan. 2)Add mustard,cummin. 3)Once mustard splutters add small onion,garlic,green chillie. 4)Once onion is light brown,add greens. 5)Add coconut milk enough to immerse all greens and bring it to boil. 6)Once greens are boiled,add some more coconut milk to get sambar like consitency. 7)Leave for 5 minutes on low flame and remove. 8)Sprinkle coriander leaves. 9)Serve hot with rice.
