Description

these are the laddus made in maharashtrians for sankranti. delicious and nutricious too..very good for kids as well.peanuts - 250 gms seaseme seeds -250 gms jaggery - 500 gms roast peanuts, remove skin. blend in mixer to coarse powder. roast seaseme seeds abd blend it in mixer to coarse powder. if u have powdered jaggery, u can add directly. if u have cubes, beat it up in smaller pieces and blend it in mixer. mix all three together. check if it can be binded into balls.
